The issue can have several causes:

• a temporary connection problem;
• during a payment session the back browser button was clicked and, for security reasons, the system has invalidated the session; in this case please login and retry your action;
• the session was expired;
• in case of purchase, PayPal raises an error and you need to check your Paypal account.
